On Sept. 1, 2020, the Bandimere Family sponsored the Covid Chaos Rally at Bandimere Speedway.  Guest speakers included Shaun Kennedy, John Bandimere, the Bandimere family, Tig Tiegan, Michelle Malkin, Patrick Neville and Randy Corporon.  Together they prayed, recited the National Anthem, proudly displayed the American flag, and denounced the dictatorial government that is today's Colorado State Government.  At the conclusion of the rally, participants were invited to gather on the Dragstrip for a group photograph.  As a result of the rally, Jefferson County filed suit against Bandimere, stating that they were not able to pray, and sing, and gather togeather for religious and political purposes.  Of course, this flies in the face of OUR Constitutional rights as Americans and denies the rights under both the United States Constitution and the Colorado Constitution. The Bandimere Family has responded with counterclaims against Governor Polis and the Jefferson County Health Department, claiming that the Executive Orders and Public health orders are unconstitutional and are not enforceable.We will talk more about this lawsuit later.
