The Denver District Judge Shelly Gilman dismissed the complaint filed on behalf of a number of Denver Police Officers.

That ruling is being appealed to the Denver Board of Health and Environment.

They are being served a copy of the Petition as this is being written.  The petition is backed up by 14 exhibits showing that the Mandate is not authorized under law  and that the vaccine is Not the best way to protect people.  Medical studies, VAERS reports, and other evidence presented.  Additionally, the challenge of the Constitutionally of the entire scheme used by the City of Denver is being raised and Notice of the challenge has been served upon the Attorney General's office.
