Governor Polis said to a news reporter on 3/12/20 that Colorado was already open.

That comes as a shock to many of my law firm's clients who are struggling to fight off Health Departments all over the state to stay open despite cease and desist orders, shut down notices, and even criminal penalties. This political doublespeak must not be tolerated.
