Governor Polis announces "Dial 3.0"

Instead of abolishing the ruthless controls imposed by his Executive Orders, and turning control of the State back to the State Legislature, Governor Polis has announced that there will be a new version of the Dial system.  It has a couple differences, but not enough to make a difference.  It is all about continuing control over every aspect of life in Colorado. Business Restrictions still apply, the famous, (or Infamous) Mask Mandate continues. And this is after Polis publicly declared that "Colorado Is Open!"
