On March 10, 2021, Governor Polis issued his latest Public Health Order, acting through his puppet, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment,  PHO TWELFTH AMENDED PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER 20-29.

The order instructs hospital administrator, doctors, lab Techs and others that they MUST REPORT all specified information concerning Covid Cases to CDPHE in the format that  is defined.  It further threatens all of the medical people involved with civil and criminal penalties for failure to comply.

"This Order will be enforced by all appropriate legal means. Local authorities are encouraged to
determine the best course of action to encourage maximum compliance. Failure to comply with
this order could result in penalties, including jail time, and fines and may be subject to discipline
on professional license based upon the applicable practice act."
