Defending the Republic says that employers cannot force employees to take the experimental gene modification that is the CV vaccine.
They are not approved vaccines by the FDA.
They have "Emergency Use Authority" Only.
By definition, that means it cannot be mandated. The patient must be told that they have the right to making an informed consent decision. They must be accompanied by written fact sheets, giving the end user the right to accept or reject the vaccine, after being advised of benefits and risks.
